Location :
Preferably Dallas and around with travel to customer locations
Fulltime Role
Responsibilities:
Create a days plan for business development and present it to management.
Identify and seek the support required to win new businesses.
Execute the agreed business development plan.
Collaborate with delivery executive and create sales materials Company brochure, Capabilities deck, case studies etc.
Leverage existing connects to bring in additional business.
Participate in customer events and develop new connections.
Utilize social media, virtual and in-person connects to develop network for the organization.
Reach out to new customers to get a foot in the door.
Must have:
10+ years' experience in IT Sales & Business development.
Helped bring new business opportunities in small to medium IT consulting services organization.
Good understanding of prevailing IT requirements (Technology, Consulting, Support etc.) and helped shape RFP responses/deals/rate negotiations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to connect with Senior level leaders (Sr. Directors, VP, CIOs) in client organizations.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate IT deals with vendor management teams in the client side.
Experience in establishing client connects through multiple channels -social media, professional memberships/forums etc.
Experience working with small companies/start ups
Targets:
Annual target of $5 M for the first year with progressive revenue for each quarter
