    As a Technical Service Engineer based in Morgan Hill, CA you will have the responsibility to support technicians and field service engineers who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex microwave/RF/optical test and measurement equipment and components.



    Key Responsibilities include:

    • Respond to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
    • Responsible for distributing and training on information concerning product-specific information, i.e. service notes.
    • Identifies and defines assets for possible updates/upgrades and units requiring service to meet ISO specifications.
    • Develop service support plans for new products which includes such actions as technician training and test station planning.
    • Provide sustaining service engineering for the support life of a product.
    • Identify and help develop specialized test stations needed by the service center for product support.
    • This position will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager based in Morgan Hill.
