    Candidates with experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail

    What to expect in the Client Relations Specialist Role:
    Initiating customer service and sales processes for client products and services through direct introduction to consumers
    Collaborating with other Client Relations Specialists and upper management to build on customer service options
    Building a sound understanding of the communications industry and client developments to represent client abilities properly
    Training on client protocol, products, promotions, sales, and discounts to appropriately service the local community
