- Win new business with existing enterprise clients and contribute to company-wide revenue goals.
- Develop and manage a new business pipeline, projecting 2X assigned OKR targets and revenue forecasts.
- Understand client challenges and deploy solutions to drive growth and execution.
- Establish dialogue with decision-makers, stakeholders, and constituents in each market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and qualify opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams to execute new business development activities.
- Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in Payments/Fintech.
- Track record of quota achievement and negotiating with enterprise clients.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments, handle ambiguity, and respond flexibly to change.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Past experience in payments, mobile, e-commerce, website development, or digital technologies preferred.
