    Summary

    The Sales Representative will be responsible for understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be an independent, self-motivated learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

    Key Activities

    • Represent our company's products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding of customer markets and how our solutions meet their needs
    • Meet monthly and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
    • Generate leads and build relationships; plan and organize daily work to include sales generation and account management & growth
    • Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
    • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business
    • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge
    • Prepare professional, concise reports, proposals, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations
    • Achieve sales goals by isolating each step in the sales process with thoughtful, creative approaches
    • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities

    Preferred Skills

    • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
    • Self-motivated and successful working from home

    Educations & Experience

    • At least 3 years in sales in the packaging industry, preferably in flexible packaging
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Technical experience in films and equipment.
