- Represent our company's products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding of customer markets and how our solutions meet their needs
- Meet monthly and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
- Generate leads and build relationships; plan and organize daily work to include sales generation and account management & growth
- Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge
- Prepare professional, concise reports, proposals, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations
- Achieve sales goals by isolating each step in the sales process with thoughtful, creative approaches
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Self-motivated and successful working from home
- At least 3 years in sales in the packaging industry, preferably in flexible packaging
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Technical experience in films and equipment.
