    Description

    We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and enthusiastic Senior Power Platform Developer to support the dynamic IT Department of a company based in Denver, CO. This position is primarily remote, however candidates and applicants must reside in Colorado.

    What You'll Do:

    • Utilize the Microsoft Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI) to design, develop, and implement business applications.
    • Customize data models, forms, workflows, and reports to meet specific business requirements.
    • Employ proficient UI design skills to craft user interfaces that improve navigation and enhance visual appeal.
    • Resolve technical issues concerning Power Platform applications and SQL Server, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
    • Manage SQL Server databases, T-SQL queries, and Power BI reports, ensuring their development and maintenance.
    • Engage in collaborative code reviews and technical design assessments within the team.
    • Contribute to the creation and upkeep of technical documentation and user manuals.

    What You'll Bring:

    • Bachelor's degree in an IT field (or equivalent work experience)
    • 4+ years of experience developing business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform
    • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Transact-SQL, and database design
    • Strong UI design skills
    • Excellent problem solving skills
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell), preferred
    • Experience with RESTful APIs and web services, preferred
    • Experience with Azure DevOps, preferred
