We are looking for a

Bank Branch Operations Manager

responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Manages all operational activities within a bank branch to limit operational risk and ensure delivery of effective financial services to customers.

Provides guidance, direction, and supervision to staff to ensure they meet the highest performance level and adhere to the Bank's policies and procedures and all applicable laws.

Responsible for the customer experience and ensuring that the branch delivers high quality customer service in accordance with the Bank's values and objectives.

Plays a critical leadership role in the bank branch .
Specific qualifications for the position include

:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
2 to 4+ years of banking and supervisory experience with a strong emphasis on customer service and sales
The preferred candidate must have 24 to 36 months of teller, new accounts, and sales experience
Some Saturday hours are required.

Pay Rate Range

:

$70,000 - $95,000

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
