    Senior Systems Engineer – IT Solutions & Projects Team


    Seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join the IT Solutions & Projects Team to float between the Virtualization Engineering Team (small team of 3) and the Projects Engineering Team.

    This position will require a strong Windows/Microsoft background, at a Level 2.5+ knowledge or higher, with the ability to handle a fast paced, highly collaborative work environment supporting SMB infrastructure.

    We have a Senior Systems Engineer – IT Solutions & Projects Team position open.

    The Senior Systems Engineer will be part of a 22 employee IT Solutions firm that provides Cloud Solutions, Network Security, Hosting and Support.

    The Senior Systems Engineer will be working on the IT Solutions & Projects Team (opposite the Service Delivery – Managed Services Team) and will perform three major functions for the company:

    Projects; primarily migrating company's to the Cloud (Windows/Azure, VMware, Exchange, O365) – 60% of your time.
    Perform network and systems analysis, provide IT support across post-deployments, Cloud migrations. 30% of your time.
    Perform network security testing and consulting, 10% of your time.

    What You Can Expect:
    Yes, still 10% support but you'll be primarily working on projects (deployments, migrations) daily and up-to-date on bleeding-edge technology.

    Qualifications:


    Windows Server /Azure, VMware (ESX/vSphere/ESXi), Exchange , O365, Active Directory, knowledge of Public Cloud (AWS Certifications or experience or Azure Intune experience).
