- Responsible for highly complex Training Systems and sensor simulations that deliver cutting edge simulation environments for military operators
- The Training Systems immerse operators through the use of simulations of RADAR, Electronic Support Measures (ESM), Weapons, Acoustics, and aerodynamic models to provide mission readiness in immersive environments.
- Work with a small but distributed team to assess each capability and incorporate the latest visual and sensor simulations.
- Analyze complex systems and decompose performance requirements into actionable tasks.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in simulation technology and systems engineering practices in order to contribute to the ongoing improvement of training system capabilities.
- Apply knowledge in machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) applications in simulation and training systems.
- Work closely with software developers, instructional designers, hardware engineers, and project managers to ensure the seamless integration of technologies and methodologies in the development of training systems.
- Leverage systems engineering expertise to conduct thorough requirements analysis, develop system architectures, and design integrated solutions that meet training objectives.

- 5+ years' experience as a Systems Engineering professional supporting training systems and simulation
- Demonstrated ability in the design and implementation of complex systems, hardware/software integration
- Proven experience working within a distributed team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively.
- Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Systems Engineering: Solid background in systems engineering principles and practices, including system development life cycles, requirements analysis, system architecture and design, and system integration and testing.
