    Job Title:
    Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

    Location:

    Brooklyn, NYSalary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year, plus Health, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) benefitsOur client, a prominent nursing home facility located in Brooklyn, is actively seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their team as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON).

    This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nursing professional who is ready to take on a leadership role in a thriving healthcare setting.


    Responsibilities:


    Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to oversee and manage the nursing staff, ensuring the highest level of patient care.

    Provide leadership and guidance to nursing teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
    Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
    Conduct regular assessments of patient care plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
    Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall enhancement of patient care services.
    Train and mentor nursing staff, fostering continuous learning and development.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
    Active RN license in the state of New York.
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) and long-term care (LTC) setting.
    Proven experience as a Unit Manager or Supervisor.
    Strong leadership and communication skills.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
