Description

The Director of Nursing is responsible to direct the functions and activities of the nursing department.

This includes, but is not limited to, organization, planning, supervision, administration and documentation of all resident care within the policy and prodcedures of MEMH, the laws governing nursing practice,and licensed facilities and current nursing standards.

In the absence of the Executive Director is responsible for complete operation of the Home. Shares on-call hours with other designated staff of the facility.
