    District Sales Manager at Bay Insulation Systems



    The District Sales Manager for Bay Insulation Systems travels across Louisiana and Southwest Mississippi. The role involves engaging with contractors, insulation companies, brokers, manufacturers, and other specifiers of Metal Building Insulation. Additionally, the District Sales Manager will be representing EXPI-DOOR Systems Inc., a specialized metal walk door manufacturer.


    Responsibilities:

    • Prepares and presents quotes.
    • Acquires customer orders.
    • Handles customer inquiries and addresses needs.
    • Develops, reviews, and implements district sales strategies.
    • Manages internal customer support.
    • Promotes Bay Insulation Systems and its products within the district.
    • Identifies and attracts new customers.
    • Nurtures existing customer relationships.
    • Manages expenses and travel plans within the territory.
    • Requires flexibility for overnight travel and variable work schedules.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience.
    • Experience in sales related to construction.
    • Knowledge and background in Metal Building construction is advantageous.
    • Preferably holds a college degree.
