- 4+ years of outbound business development experience
- Quick thinking with an ability to navigate a variety of early sales conversations
- Tenacious outbound skills where you'll utilize our jointly created research and messaging to book productive sales introductions
- Background in account and lead identification using research tools
- Ability to collaborate with Sales and Marketing team on market sensing and feedback
- Experience selling consulting or services
- Extraverted and unflappable personality
- Experience with eCommerce or digital services is a plus
- High internal locus of control
- Understanding of ABM
