- Create target client list that is Finite, Focused and Workable
- Proficiency at telling the BSI/SMART SPACES story
- Proactive weekly time blocking to focus on activities that create new opportunities
- Prospect and networking to move target clients into the sales funnel
- Constantly seek new opportunities to drive business growth
- Provide resources
- Secure meetings and showroom tours to include BSI/SMART SPACES team members
- Generate proposals
- Being the "in-house sales expert" for DIRTT and coordinating training initiatives.
- Working with the DIRTT vendor team on developing and implementing strategies for vertical markets and target audiences.
- Supporting the sales team on identifying and increasing DIRTT opportunities and sales for their existing and prospective clients.
- Assisting with client visits to Chicago's DXC and potential trips to other DXC locations and/or Calgary.
- Participate in Market Planning Meeting with DIRTT and providing forecast reports.
- High results and goal oriented with a proven successful sales record
