    This position will be responsible for relationship building with potential clients and influencers and developing new sales opportunities within all of our divisions. We have a strong team of in- house experts to assist in providing customized solutions to meet our client's needs.
    Key Objectives:
    CREATE New Opportunities

    • Create target client list that is Finite, Focused and Workable
    • Proficiency at telling the BSI/SMART SPACES story
    • Proactive weekly time blocking to focus on activities that create new opportunities
    • Prospect and networking to move target clients into the sales funnel
    • Constantly seek new opportunities to drive business growth
    ADVANCE Existing Opportunities
    • Provide resources
    • Secure meetings and showroom tours to include BSI/SMART SPACES team members
    • Generate proposals
    CLOSE Opportunities to Achieve Monthly Sales Goals
    DIRTT Champion/Advisor responsibilities:
    • Being the "in-house sales expert" for DIRTT and coordinating training initiatives.
    • Working with the DIRTT vendor team on developing and implementing strategies for vertical markets and target audiences.
    • Supporting the sales team on identifying and increasing DIRTT opportunities and sales for their existing and prospective clients.
    • Assisting with client visits to Chicago's DXC and potential trips to other DXC locations and/or Calgary.
    • Participate in Market Planning Meeting with DIRTT and providing forecast reports.
