    Job Description2nd Shift Operation Support SpecialistProvide a professional and positive customer service attitude as an Operation Support Specialist in Pasco, WA This opportunity comes with weekly pay Don't wait; apply today Job Duties:
    • Provide professional, positive Customer Service for all external visitors and employees.
    • Answer incoming telephone calls and assist phone calls or forward to appropriate personnel.
    • Welcome on-site visitors, determine reason for visit, announce visitors to appropriate personnel.
    • Responsible for checking in Visitors/Vendors and ensuring they sign in properly.
    • Monitor visitor access and Visitor Logs.
    • Perform timecard reconciliations in KRONOS system.
    • Monitor HR daily log and coverage log to ensure all departments are staffed based on needs.
    Requirements:
    • Human resource knowledge and experience preferred.
    • Solid computer Skills including MS-Windows, Word, Excel, and web-based applications.
    • Bilingual (Spanish, English)
    Pay: $16.00-$20.00/ HR DOEShift: 2nd; Sat-WedHours: 3:00pm-11:30pmWhy work for Advance Services, Inc.
