    Support Specialist - Tampa, United States - Freese And Nichols

    Description

    Freese and Nichols is seeking a Support Specialist to join our Tampa, FL office. This individual will perform a variety of general administrative and clerical functions to support the Florida Division Manager.

    Responsibilities include however not limited to supporting the Florida Region with tasks such as:

  • Assisting the Florida Division Manager and Tampa-based Support Specialist with regional functions, including but not limited to, Cosential updates, regional events, regional meeting preparations, sales meeting preparations/actions/notes, Florida -specific research, and client birthday card process.
  • Receiving visitors.
  • Composing and typing of routine correspondence, including emails and faxes.
  • Sending and receiving mail. Schedule or coordinate meetings, handouts, lunches, travel, etc.
  • Assisting with various clerical duties such as filing, word processing and coordination with team members.
  • Receiving of vendors and assisting in coordination of organized lunches.
  • Supplies inventory and ordering.
  • Composing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Daily office suite checks for cleanliness and organization

  • Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience (education may substitute for experience)
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
