Job Title: Virtual Card Sales Consultant (remote in NY)
12 month contract (possible to extend or hire FTE)
M-F 8-5pm
Job Description
The Virtual Card Sales Engineer will be responsible for selling virtual card products to commercial clients. They will coach and train existing sales staff on selling virtual card products. They will need to have both excellent sales skill and prior experience in training other sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of virtual card products and be familiar with commercial clients' accounts payables processes. They must have an in-depth knowledge of virtual card product technology and understand its integration with client's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This role requires excellent communication skills, collaboration skills, and a goal-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Consultative Selling:
Sell virtual card products to commercial clients
Uncover client needs, challenges, and opportunities with respect to the virtual card products and present solutions to clients that address their needs
Understand and articulate the benefits of virtual cards products to the clients
Quantify the value and differentiation of the solutions for clients
Explain the implementation process and timeline to clients
Identifying Opportunities:
Collaborate with the existing sales team to analyze data, identify potential clients for virtual cards and build a sales pipeline
Identify the client decision-making stakeholders and processes
Conducting Training:
Required Qualifications
Familiarity with transferring electronic files securely through SFTP
Desired Qualifications
5+ years of virtual cards sales experience
3+ years of client facing experience
Prior experience in conducting sales trainings
