    Job Description: Proposal and Marketing Coordinator

    Job Description:


    1. Analyze, interpret, and prepare RFQs, SSNs, and RFIs and their requirements to create proposal development plans/compliance matrixes and proposal outlines structured to be compliant with response requirements.
    2. Analyze and interpret RFP requirements to create proposal development plans, outlines, and compliance matrixes.
    3. Participate in proposal and business development meetings.
    4. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support the proposal response process.
    5. Direct proposal kickoff meetings, as well as prepare detailed proposal plans, schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices for all phases of proposal development.

    Education & Experience Requirements:


    1. Bachelors degree in business administration or other related field OR 5 years of consistent comparable experience.
    2. At least 3-5 years of experience supporting federal and other government proposals and marketing efforts.
    3. At least 2 years of experience creating and distributing marketing material including follow-up.
    4. Experience or knowledge of search engines for federal, other government, and commercial agency opportunities.
    5. Can work independently and with a team with little direction.
