- Writing sales orders and analysis weekly selling reports
- Manage accounts and assist Direct of Sales in market appointments
- Creating and maintaining buy sheets, WIP reports, and pricing charts
- Manage sample process, communicating with oversea vendors and client timeline
- Providing client meeting recaps with photo presentations and showroom selections
- Sending and following up on development samples to customers for approval
- Create and analyze costing sheets through excel
- Develop and maintain relationships with major retailers and specialty stores. Assist in growing relationships
- Prepare reports and presentations using Excel to analyze sales data and provide insights to the team
- Travel to customer locations to meet with buyers, realize any sales potential opportunities and ensure proper in-store execution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in related position
- Must have Private Label experience
- Basic knowledge of retail math
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous and organized, with a strong analytical mindset
- Previous experience in sales or account management is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, PLM
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
