    Job Description

    As a Cloud & Support Manager, you will be at the forefront of the cloud infrastructure realm, leading transitions to cloud solutions and boosting their performance. Your main goal is to oversee a team dedicated to providing top-level technical support, solving issues quickly, and enhancing cloud security. By collaborating with innovative stakeholders, you will drive progress and utilize the cloud's capabilities to elevate our business efficiency and success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the deployment, management, and optimization of cloud infrastructure for high performance.
    • Motivate teams to deliver exceptional support and results.
    • Implement IT service management practices like ITIL for effective incident and change management.
    • Enforce security best practices for cloud environments.
    • Collaborate with teams to create plans using Azure services.

    Qualifications:

    • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud platform.
    • Knowledgeable in Azure architecture, including virtual machines and security features.
    • Experience in managing and optimizing Azure infrastructure.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 components such as Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
    • Expertise in Azure Active Directory for access management.
    • Experience in leading Help Desk teams and procedures.
    • Proficient in IT service management practices like ITIL.
    • Customer-focused with strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Strategic thinking to leverage cloud technologies for business growth.
    • 5+ years of help desk and cloud support experience.
