    Description

    Office Manager/Executive Assistant

    Global wealth and asset management firm is looking to hire an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join their growing team

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Greet and welcome visitors to the office
    • Schedule meetings, assist with conference room scheduling, and set up zoom meetings when needed
    • Act as main contact with building management and vendors
    • Sort and distribute mail and faxes, prepare overnight mail including FedEx drop offs
    • Onboard new Dallas office employees by setting up phones, office keys/badges, parking accounts and other related tasks
    • Manage business supplies and kitchen supplies on an as needed basis, maintain office cleanliness, and troubleshoot office needs
    • Process monthly expense reports and company invoices for payment for senior executives as needed
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications Include:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Minimum of 3 years administrative experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Highly organized, with relentless attention to detail and proofreading
    • Strong administrative and problem-solving skills
    • Advanced Microsoft Office – especially Excel, Power Point and Word
