- Greet and welcome visitors to the office
- Schedule meetings, assist with conference room scheduling, and set up zoom meetings when needed
- Act as main contact with building management and vendors
- Sort and distribute mail and faxes, prepare overnight mail including FedEx drop offs
- Onboard new Dallas office employees by setting up phones, office keys/badges, parking accounts and other related tasks
- Manage business supplies and kitchen supplies on an as needed basis, maintain office cleanliness, and troubleshoot office needs
- Process monthly expense reports and company invoices for payment for senior executives as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, with relentless attention to detail and proofreading
- Strong administrative and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office – especially Excel, Power Point and Word
