    Company Overview
    EverLine Coatings, a rapidly scaling commercial service brand is looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Operations Manager to lead our Tampa Bay, Florida market. We are a superior line striping and parking lot maintenance company. Our small but rapidly growing team is in need of a critical field training and support function leader to successfully launch and support our growing network.

    Job brief
    We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee staff, operations, ordering supplies, and attending in person sales meetings for our Tampa Business unit. This position will be our lead superintendent who is comfortable operating machinery either solo or with the help of 1-2 other individuals as needed. You MUST be able to operate machinery as we have a small team and need individuals who are able to both work on jobs while concurrently working directly with the client.

    To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise. Ultimately, youll help our company grow and thrive.

    Requirements and skills
    • Proven experience as an operations manager, lead superintendent, foreman, general manager or similar role.
    • You must have a valid Florida drivers license as we have a truck and trailer
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience in planning and budgeting
    • Strong analytical ability
    • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
    • Problem-solving aptitude
    • You must be able to pass a background check
    Responsibilities
    • Oversee day-to-day operations
    • Design strategy and set goals for growth
    • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
    • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
    • Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
    • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
    • Direct the employee assessment process
    • Prepare regular reports for ownership
    • Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
    • Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
