Our family business has been the go-to for fresh fish on the North Sea island of Sylt for over 50 years. With multiple fish specialty shops and bistros, an in-house smokehouse, lobster holding facility, and a wholesale and shipping department, we offer a diverse, variable, and exciting range of tasks in our amazing team.

We are currently looking for a delivery driver / warehouse employee (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible or at the earliest opportunity.

Your responsibilities:

• Active participation in daily operations

• Personnel, quality, and complaint management

• Daily cash reconciliation

• Coordination of all business processes

• Supervision of our Westerland branches

• Close collaboration with management

Your profile:

• You have extensive experience in the hospitality/hotel/food industry and have proven skills in managing employees

• With your open and positive attitude, you are able to inspire guests and motivate your team on a daily basis

• You are a leader who leads by example and is always willing to lend a hand
