POSITION SUMMARY:
The Operations Manager is works in tandem with planning to direct and coordinate the work activities and is responsible for providing the resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications. Oversees and coordinates the activities of inventory, production and operations workers and other departments such as Production Control, Stockroom, Shipping and Receiving, and Maintenance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent is desired.
Any equivalent combination of education and experience determined to be acceptable by management.
Directly supervises employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership desired.
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:
