- Engineering degrees may also be considered for candidates with relevant experience.
- Proven track record in program or account management within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating awards and engineering changes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and project alignment.
- Experience collaborating within the automotive or furniture industry is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of injection molding and value-added assembly processes is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of developing burden rates to support accurate quoting models.
- Strategic partnership with New Business Development to identify and secure profitable opportunities.
- Leadership experience in motivating and guiding teams towards achieving goals.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with a focus on clear and concise information delivery.
- Proven ability to follow through on commitments and take initiative to solve problems.
- Experience in treasury and controllership is a strong advantage.

The Director of Customer Finance is responsible for empowering and leading a high-performing Finance team. The right person will help shape Royal's future: Lead and mentor a talented finance team, fostering a collaborative environment that drives financial excellence.
