Under Deck Oasis is the leading provider of under deck systems with crews that travel the country installing our systems.

We also have a dealer network that installs our systems in their local markets.


General Summary and Job Functions:
The successful applicant will be a driven, detail-oriented, and organized individual. They will report directly to the Director of Finance and will help with all accounting activities as needed. This will include basic accounting and bookkeeping duties.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Accounts receivable
• Accounts payable
• Account reconciliations
• Post and deposit customer payments by recording cash, checks, ACH, and credit card transactions
• Customer invoicing
• Enter/Match vendor invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements and inquiries, research, and correct discrepancies
• Reconcile company credit card statement
• Assist with contacting past due accounts
• Maintain files and documentation accurately in accordance with UDO policy and accepted accounting practices

Required Qualifications:

• Accounting Degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping
• Experience in Quickbooks
• Understanding of principles of finance, bookkeeping, and accounting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and problemsolving skills in a setting with potential frequent interruptions
• Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects and perform tasks in an organized and timely manner with careful attention to detail
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people
• Ability to work on sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality.

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
