    Weigel Broadcasting Co. is a family-owned media company based in Chicago, Illinois. The company owns and operates national television networks, as well as local broadcast stations throughout the country. Weigel is the leader in the multicast television network space with MeTV, Memorable Entertainment Television, the number-one rated and distributed multicast network, as well as the Movies Network in cooperation with the Fox Television Stations, the "Catchy Comedy" network, the H&I - Heroes & Icons Network and the Start TV Network in association with the CBS Television Stations. Weigel produces the original network TV programs Toon In With Me, Svengoolie and Collector's Call. Weigel's local stations include CBS, ABC, The CW, MyNet and Telemundo network affiliates.     Motion Graphics Designer

    General Job Description:

    Weigel Broadcasting Co., home to national TV networks MeTV, Start TV, H & I, Movies and Catchy Comedy, is in search of a Motion Graphics Designer to join our Design team. The successful candidate will have a high-energy motion design reel demonstrating their knowledge of television production and post-production, along with solid creative design skills. Hands on knowledge and background in typography, layout, color, and design. The ideal candidate can bring compelling design ideas to the table – who can create, develop and organize those ideas while working independently with rapidly changing deadlines and situation.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    Other duties, as assigned.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor degree or a technical degree, plus professional experience in the field of video production or related area.

    Must be able to work independently as well as remotely, under tight deadlines and rapidly changing work environment.

    Experience with Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, C4D, Element3D, Photoshop, and Premiere.
