About the Role:

The Graphic Designer Associate is a high-impact and high-visibility role.

You will be responsible for contributing to the planning and managing of the following:

Revising and redesigning product packaging and marketing material.
For each brand, ensure the sizing is correct on our packaging, advertising, print, and web (fixtures, billboards, ads, posters, and banners).
Designing and providing imagery for special events and planning materials to appropriately fill spaces in grand openings, parties, and sales meetings (for creative use of spaces, walls, banners, invitations, and collateral).
Producing various marketing collateral using approved brand templates and original concepts following brand guidelines.
Creating innovative and brandappropriate design solutions for all facets of your product areas.
Developing creative assets for websites and marketplace listings (ie. Amazon), sized to meet the needs of each channel, and in accordance with the needs stipulated by the respective channel managers.
Maintaining regular communication stakeholders among the Sales & Marketing teams, management, and other cross functional team members.
Executing designs efficiently in both print and digital.

Skills and Experience:

Adobe Creative Suite and Canva skills are required.
Graphic Design and other digital artwork are required.
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Video creation and editing experience is a plus.
An Undergraduate degree is preferred.
Experience with AI tools designed to improve efficiency.
Must be very organized and capable of handling multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work with collaborative tools like Asana, MSTeams, Slack, or others.
The location of the position is in Northbrook, Illinois. Initial training and deliverables will require inoffice presence.
