    The Marketing Graphic Designer is a dynamic and creative professional responsible for producing visually compelling designs across varying digital and print media.

    This role is crucial for creating high-impact visual content that enhances our brand's presence, communicates our marketing messages effectively, and drives customer engagement.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong graphic design background, be proficient in design software, and possess a keen understanding of marketing principles.


    Design Creation:
    ~ Develop and implement original designs for various marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations, sales flyers, advertisements, brochures, email marketing templates, website assets and social media graphics.


    Brand Consistency:
    ~ Ensure all visual and graphic materials align with Hitachi Global Air Power brand identity, style guidelines, and messaging objectives.

    Work closely with the marketing team, agencies, and other departments to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
    Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance campaign effectiveness.


    Project Management:
    ~ Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion, ensuring deadlines are met, and materials are of the highest quality.


    Feedback Implementation:
    ~ Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and meet project objectives.

    Awareness of the latest trends in graphic design, marketing, and related technologies, applying best practices and innovative techniques to your work.


    Asset Management:
    ~ Organize and maintain a library of design assets, including images, graphics, and brand elements.

    Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or a related field

    Minimum 4-8+ years of proven experience in graphic design, particularly within a marketing or advertising context. Industrial experience is a plus.

    Strong portfolio showcasing various design work, including digital and print formats.
    Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Microsoft Office tools.
    Excellent visual, communication, and organizational skills.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for delivering engaging and effective design solutions.

    Occasional travel necessary.
