Role/ Department:
Graphics Designer/Talent Management

The key responsibilities of the role include:

Conceptualize and create engaging designs and presentations for executive level audience
Translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual designs that effectively communicate information to the intended audience
Work with crossfunctional teams to incorporate feedback and iterate on designs
Prioritize and manage multiple projects
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
Designs and produces graphic materials, such as charts, presentations, brochures, ads, cartoons, etc. utilizing computer graphics software or traditional production and design methods as appropriate.
Advises team on the most effective use of graphic communications.

Skills/ Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
35 years of proven experience in graphic design in a corporate environment
Excellent communication, collaboration and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong analytical skills
Excellent eye for detail and visual composition
Highly proficient in PowerPoint and other graphic design software
