    Job DescriptionVictory Solutions is a service-disabled veteran-owned (SDVO) and woman-owned small business (WOSB) in the aerospace, defense, and technical engineering industries.

    VS specializes in providing exceptional technology development and engineering services to government organizations such as NASA and the Department of Defense as well as commercial customers such as Boeing, Northrop Grumman, and Lockheed Martin.

    We are looking for a Senior Project Scheduler to support our NASA customer located at Marshall Space Flight Center to start immediately Victory Solutions offers competitive benefits, flexible work schedules and an exciting mission

    General Summary:

    Seeking a Senior Project Scheduling Specialist experienced in developing, coordinating and maintaining technical schedules of varying types and sizes. This experienced professional will track schedule progress and develop custom reports to assist in identification of risks and mitigation paths.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Develops, maintains, and coordinates technical schedules for large to medium scale projects from proposal level to detailed level schedules
    • Conduct critical path analysis; update, maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
    • Conducts schedule analysis and assessments to ensure schedules are structured properly with complete network logic, are capable of reporting critical path(s), and follow industry scheduling best practices.
    • Tracks schedule progress and develops custom reports for the customers which will be used to identify discrepancies, scheduling conflicts and other risks.
    • Provides guidance and impact analysis and make recommendations on schedule changes and workarounds and provide recovery plans and mitigation strategies for our customers to make effective decisions.
    • Provide analysis of hardware prime contractor schedules to ensure compliance with DCMA 14-point health check and NASA Best Practices.

    Job Specifications:
    • BS Degree desired with minimum of 15 years' experience.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Project Server and other Microsoft Office products; experience with Milestone Professional and/or One Pager Pro desirable. Software skills including intermediate to advanced Share Point and technical proficiency with MS Project is highly desired. (Experience with Primavera or Open Plan will be considered)
    • Hands-on experience developing detailed schedules, Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and performing critical path analysis.
    • Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, have strong interpersonal skills, and work under minimal supervision.
    • Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of an organization.
    • US Citizenship required.
    • Ability to obtain clearance/access onsite at NASA MSFC is required.
