The Family Hearing & Sensory Neural Center is seeking a fantastic and friendly Patient Care Specialist, a part-time front office position to join our team We are an Audigy Certified practice, specializing in Audiology services including: diagnostic hearing testing, tinnitus, hearing aids, balance, dizziness, and vertigo.

The responsibilities of the Patient Care Specialist are but not limited to:

Opening and closing the office
Answering phones and making outbound calls to current and prospective patients.
Assisting with sales and marketing goals.
Managing the schedule.
Checking patients in and out.
Verifying insurance.
Taking payments.
Assisting provider and office manager with follow up tasks and office projects

WE ARE OPEN 8:00AM-5:00PM MONDAY-THURSDAY & 9:00AM-1:00PM FRIDAY.

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WITHIN 8:00-5:00 AT LEAST 20 HOURS PER WEEK.

BUSINESS CASUAL DRESS REQUIRED.

Experience/Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent
1year administrative office experience
Medical office experience preferred, but not required.
