Experience Required - Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
1.Ensure compliance with ITIL standards in incident, problem, and change management processes.
2.
Mac Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Mac OS, applications, and hardware. Provide guidance and support to corporate users for Mac systems.
3.
Basic Networking:
Address basic networking issues including connectivity, configurations, and minor setup tasks for Mac users.
4.
Customer Service:
Deliver high-quality customer service, addressing user needs and queries in a timely and professional manner.
