- Focus sales efforts by studying our existing and potential customers
- Find leads, engage in responses and develop relationships with customers after cold outreach
- Service our current accounts and obtain orders
- Plan and organize a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales
- Maintain strong and meaningful relationships with each and every account you manager to ensure they are receiving the service they deserve
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Conduct cold outreach to expand potential our new business
- Other duties as assigned
- Must have IT Staffing Business Development. (This is a MUST requirement)
- Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills along with a mindset for collaboration
- Tech-savvy, quick-learning and ready to jump into new software programs
- Must be able to work overtime and some weekends as business demands fluctuate
- Excellent attendance required
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal/written communication, listening, and presentation skills
