    Job summary

    The project provides short-term supportedaccommodation services for people experiencing homelessness that have complexneeds. The project aims to support and improve the lives of those whoexperience repeated homelessness /entrenched rough sleeping and find itdifficult to secure and maintain independent living because of these complexneeds.

    The Project Coordinator willbe an integral part of the Leadership Team. The role will lead and support theteam to engage and motivate residents, whilst promoting an environment wherethey can make positive changes and achieve successful move on.

    As the lead manager withinthe project you will support the wider management team to deliver assurancesaround performance and operationally manage the building and service. You will help us enhance our reputation,contribute to an on-call / out of hours rota system when needed and flexiblyprovide managerial support to other service areas when required

    Main duties of the job

    Managing the staff team andbuilding functions

    Carrying out staff 1-2-1s, personaldevelopment and wellbeing sessions

    Employee recruitment and selection

    Rota management

    Ensuring a wide-ranging programmeof activities is running to enhance outcomes for our customers

    Dealing with evictions and incidents,including knowledge and experience of managing safeguarding alerts / concerns

    Arranging training for staff andensuring it is up to date

    Representing the service atstakeholder, partnership, and internal meetings

    Ensuring compliance via policies /procedures and data reporting

    Quality checks and audits /contractual reporting and KPI management

    Leading on embedding traumainformed approaches and practices

    Chairing team meetings

    Effective partnership working toenhance service delivery

    Financial management, performing tobudgets and ensuring rent collection rates / low voids rates / invoicing andsystems are managed well

    Supporting the wider GatewayServices Management Team

    Managing the staff team and building functions.
