The
Department - International Affairs , Division "International Studies in Bonn" is seeking a
Coordinator for the project "iStudy - Supporting international bachelor students for academic success and transition into the job market (DAAD-FIT)" to start as soon as possible, in
full-time and
fixed-term until
December 31, 2028.


The Department 6.3 supports the internationalization of studies in Bonn and provides services for international students and doctoral candidates in Bonn.


Your tasks:

  • Responsible project management: planning and conception of measures, creation and monitoring of capacity and financial plans, expansion and maintenance of a network with internal and external cooperation partners,
  • Conception, organization and implementation of the accompanying program as well as advising students,
  • Conception and planning of suitable strategies to address and target international students,
  • Hiring, training and supervision of two student assistants,
  • Public relations.

Your profile:

  • Completed university degree (Master, Magister, Diploma, State Examination) or equivalent proven knowledge and experience,
  • Professional experience in project management, event organization,
