The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, good project management skills, strong client service orientation, and a business development background in a professional service industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Be the project lead in the coordination of client pitches from inception through submission. This includes, but is not limited to, requesting/conducting initial research, reviewing opportunity and strategic analysis, conducting strategy meetings, coordinating pitch meeting materials and developing plans for followup.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with lead partners, business development, and marketing managers. Liaison between marketing team
  • Conducts client / prospective client research and analysis using library, knowledge management, and accounting resources
  • Develop indepth knowledge of all firm services and act as firm resource regarding collective and individual experience; legal, industry and business trends; and practicespecific marketing collateral
  • Build client relationships & facilitate client engagement
  • Identify crossselling & crossmarketing opportunities
  • Implement strategic priorities by understanding the clients and lawyers in the market
  • Support the integration of the firm's client relationship management system (Salesforce)
  • Special projects as assigned as business needs arise

Requirements:


  • Must be wellorganized and detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills and maintain a positive attitude
  • Demonstrate the ability to think tactically, anticipate needs and find solutions to overcome obstacles independently
  • Focused and output driven, with strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Successfully work with management to prioritize and adapt to changing workload demands
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate confidently and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred, but not required
  • 24 years' experience is preferred in a professional services environment
  • Experience with proposal writing required
  • Advanced proficiency in Windows 11 and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
