Description
Insight Global is looking for 2 individuals to join an established team of Call Center Operators supporting multiples hospitals and private practices within the state of Massachusetts.
Schedules will be Monday to Friday 8-4 or 9-5.Day to day includes inbound calls for various department transfers ex:
billing, radiology, specific physician offices, scheduling, etc).
Must be able to handle roughly inbound calls per day and must use the directory to connect individuals to the appropriate department.

Required Skills & Experience
1+ years of previous inbound call center experience
Experience transferring calls to internal departments
Good phone presence
Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
