Businesses worldwide use Deputy to optimise their workforces - ensuring just the right number of people are working based on the forecasted demand drivers of the business.
This role leads the Workforce Optimisation team to help businesses deliver profitable, predictable schedules to their staff, using techniques such as data forecasting, multi-variate constraint optimisation, machine learning and AI.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
"THE WHAT"
Voice of customer for Deputy within a Mid Market and Enterprise context
Be a subject matter expert on the role of workforce management solutions in larger companies
Lead a culture of driving product solutions that scale from a technology and user experience perspective
Deeply understand customers requirements, formulate a vision to address their needs & rally a team to make it happen
Work with product managers to understand their roadmaps and influence requirements
Engage with Enterprise customers/prospects to communicate changes & roadmap
Align go-to-market teams & senior stakeholders around a product strategy
COMPETENCIES:

Experience shipping products with great user experiences at scale
Proven technical fluency to understand and deliver on enterprise requirements
Persistence and a whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that your product and team are successful
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems
Ability to communicate well, whether in small group discussions, larger customers, or to executives
Creative, analytical mind - be able to create meaningful insights and hypothesis from data and facts
8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS companies
Computer science or a related technical degree (preferred but not essential)
Time spent in large scale, enterprise software development or implementation (preferred but not essential)
The pay range for this position takes into account multiple factors that are all considered to determine an individual candidate's starting pay.
These factors include but are not limited to:
market factors, experience, technical and non-technical skills, education, certifications, and other business acumen. This range does not include any potential incentive programs, such as individual or organizational performance bonuses.
For candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City, the pay range for this position is $205,000 - $219,480.
For candidates based outside San Francisco Bay Area or New York City, the pay range for this position is $184,000 - $196,230.
