    • Your Impact:
      StreetLight, a pioneer in Big Data analytics, sheds light on how people, goods, and services move, enabling data-driven transportation decisions.
    • Key Responsibilities:
      As a Product Support Engineer at StreetLight Data, you will:
      • Provide comprehensive support for users of StreetLight InSight and other products.
      • Identify and solve issues promptly, maintaining high user confidence and satisfaction.
      • Analyze and resolve problems efficiently without prompting.
      • Manage inbound requests effectively and maintain organized support content.
      • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a positive customer journey.

    • Skills and Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field.
      • 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
      • 2+ years in the mobility industry.
      • 2+ years of technical experience in software support or development.
      • Proficiency in data manipulation tools, geospatial tools, and programming languages like Python and SQL.
      • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
      • Prior experience in customer service and managing deliverables is a plus.
