The Infrastructure Support Specialist is directly responsible for supporting the procurement, deployment and maintenance of networking services and devices. This position is also responsible for supporting the infrastructure inside the server cabinet at each Follett Higher Ed store. Support for the network portion can include but is not limited to, logging into cloud-based switch/firewall management portals for switch/router/firewall configuration, logging into and configuring local switches and routers that are not cloud managed as well as supporting the setup and configuration of routers that build connections back to the Follett Higher Ed core network. Support of the server cabinet will include but is not limited to imaging/replacing, troubleshooting, and ordering support for the server, patch panels, router, switch(s) and power distribution.

Massive project 1,000 bookstore trying to install extend and cutover to new internet services
• Bookstores across the country (about 1000)
o Trying to cutover to new internet services
• BCN telecom and other partners helping currently
