ABCPOS is looking for an amazing Bilingual Technical Support to join our growing team in Queens, NY. As a successful hire, you need to be fluent in verbal and written of English and Chinese.


Responsibilities:


  • Collect customer data, process customer feedbacks, and promptly report to the supervisors
  • Assist customers and sales team for technical inquiry and provide solutions at all levels (business, technical);
  • Support the marketing team and sales team with technical internal training
  • Provide weekly reports, data and all reports as required to the technical support manager
  • Assist team to create the postssales service handbook, as well as employee handbook and customer training program;
  • Responsible to make the equipment and software configuration list;
  • Assist and help customers to solve various technical problems on the spot and report to the sale team and R&D department promptly.

Qualification:

  • Must be Computer related majors, have relevant experiences is preferred
  • Proficient in WINDOWS installation and debugging, understand basic computer knowledge such as TCP/IP,DHCP,LDAP,DNS
  • Must have strong problem solving ability and good communication skills
  • Must be fluent in Chinese and English and have the ability to work under the pressure

岗位职责:
- 收集客户信息,处理客户意见丶建议,及时向有关部问反馈。
- 协助销售人员和客户进行各个层面(业务丶技术实现)的技术交流和解答。
- 支持市场和销售,为客户提供相关培训。
- 快速准确并按技术支持经理需求提供所有报告丶数据,如周工作计划/报告等。
- 辅助部门制定售后服务政策,员工及客户的培训制度
- 负责发货设备丶软件配置清单的制作。
- 接收和协助解决客户遇到的各类现场技术问题,及时准确的把现场信息反馈给销售和研发部门。


岗位要求:
- 计算机相关专业毕业或有相关经验者优先考虑。
- 熟悉DIV+CSS 布局
- 有很强的解决问题能力,具有良好的沟通能力。
- 工作态度积极,有责任感,具备良好的职业道德。
- 中英文流利者,英文需熟练,听丶说。有较强的沟通能力及抗压能力, 头脑灵活


Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour
