- Scale new and existing partnerships to meet revenue and margin targets in a fast-paced, high-growth, high-visibility business unit
- Provide support and manage day-to-day activities of existing accounts; reporting, performance feedback, billing reconciliations, campaign setup, testing, etc.
- Analyze publisher performance and provide recommendations to maximize yield
- Lead technical integrations, design custom marketing solutions and experiences
- Work cross functionality with various stakeholders internally and externally
- Effectively and professionally represent QuinStreet and its products
- 4-6 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in financial services/banking marketing
- Foundational understanding of banking and wealth management products
- Hustle, a strong work ethic, and a desire to win are an absolute must
- Sound persuasion and negotiation skills; ability to build trust, rapport via telephone and email
- Strong problem identification and resolution skills
- Demonstrated experience attaining or exceeding revenue targets
- Detail-oriented, with an ability to prioritize activities appropriately to maximize results
- Strong technical aptitude, ability and desire to learn quickly
- Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision
- BA/BS degree required in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications or related field

Our publisher account management team is hiring a new Senior Account Manager, who will oversee a book of enterprise level relationships with key media partners. This role will focus on managing and scaling existing partnerships, as well as bringing in new large scale opportunities. This person will work on strategic projects with various stakeholders and teams across the organization to deliver results in a fast paced environment. You will be adept at negotiating and communicating with both internal and external teams. You will develop deep relationships with partners and grow accounts in a high-paced and entrepreneurial environment. You will lead technical integrations, design custom marketing solutions and experiences, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a detail-oriented problem solver, able to deliver results on tight deadlines.ResponsibilitiesRequirements
