    **Sales Manager**

    Were looking for experienced and versatile new business sales executives who are hungry to do this and more. Our ideal candidate has experience prospecting, developing a pipeline, negotiating and closing deals. They will be able to identify opportunities and present the value Lynk can provide to the customer. The role will collaborate with many teams to meet ambitious customer acquisition targets.     What Youll Do

    Customer focused, proactive and innovative sales professionals who bring a strong sales track record of exceeding targets in generating new business

    An individual contributor with ability to create demand, convince expert buyers of differentiated offers and close deals, being able to plan for and execute against a revenue target for a portfolio of clients and prospects

    Develop sales strategy for assigned sectors that executes against a high-revenue growth imperative and increased profitability

    Effective pipeline development, sales forecasting , business planning and development to exceed targets

    Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with prospective and current customers to generate new business for the Company

    Engage key constituents at clients as a thought partner, with a heavy focus on senior-level decision makers, in order to understand these clients work, differentiate the companys brand, and tailor value proposition to these critical influencers

    Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals

    Highly collaborative and ability to coordinate across functions sales team, marketing, client solutions and research team, legal and technical) in order to drive new client acquisition efforts and ensure lead generation effectiveness

    Provide a closed loop feedback mechanism to other teams on all customer feedback to ensure further success and accelerated growth.

    Able to articulate the value of our Knowledge as a Solution to really differentiate Lynk from competitors.

    Performance to closed deals and revenue target

    Personal performance to target

    Pipeline quality and strength

    Effectiveness of multi-level client engagement

    Adoption by clients of new products and systems

    What expertise you will add to the team

    Bachelors degree with a strong academic track record

    5+ years proven track record of sales success in a B2B environment, with demonstrated success selling information services and solutions to clients

    Prior experience with expert network industry a big value add

    Related industry knowledge is an advantage along with a technology savvy background.

    We welcome candidates who are analytical, commercial, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced start-up environment

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other language skills may be an advantage), capable of presenting complex ideas

    Positive, energetic, self-starter with attention to detail and comfortable working with ambiguity

    Best suited for candidates who are ready for the challenge and want broad, global exposure to grow very quickly professionally, with resilience/strength of character: the willingness to take risks and overcome failures

    Strong passion for business and enthusiastic about taking part in shaping LYNKs growth

    Track record of excelling in small teams
