- Generate and qualify leads through various marketing strategies, including door-to-door canvassing, cold calling, online marketing, and participation in tabling events.
- Schedule and conduct both in-home and virtual solar consultations to educate homeowners on solar energy benefits.
- Provide exceptional customer experience during all interactions.
- Maintain daily detailed records of client communications, leads, and referrals using ERPs and CRMs, along with proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Engage in daily team meetings and training events to enhance knowledge and skills.
