    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Welcome candidates Compass Concierge is now hiring Full- Time Concierge to act as the first point of contact between the apartment residents and the property management teams. We are looking for candidates to work 40-42 hours per week, have weekend availability, customer service experience and reliable transportation.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service to our residents, allowing us to deliver on our resident commitments of exceptional move-in, total satisfaction, express service, and personal attention.
    • Deliver an exceptional experience to every person, beginning with an unmatched first impression and building rapport with teammates, visitors, and current residents.
    • Coordinate maintenance of office and amenity equipment including copiers, printers, resident business centers, fitness equipment, and resident lounge amenities
    • Act as a liaison between residents and service team members regarding both routine and emergency maintenance requests and provide assistance in the follow-up process after work is completed on routine requests.

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

    • Five year customer service and/or administrative experience in a professional environment
    • College degree or coursework
    • Prior experience in front desk support (hotel concierge, office, or medical receptionist, etc); experience with leasing, sales or hospitality a plus
