Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Concierge/Front Desk Floater to join our team. As a Floater, you will be required to cover multiple locations in the DC/Northern VA/Bethesda area.

As a concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.


Responsibilities:


  • Travel to different locations to cover call outs, request offs, etc...
  • Greet Residents and their guests and provide a warm welcome upon arrival
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Process packages and amenity reservations
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Handle Resident complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping

Skills:


  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accuracy in records
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
  • Experience with customer support or order entry systems is a plus
  • Basic event planning or project coordination experience is beneficial
We offer competitive pay based on experience.


Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

  • Washington, DC: Relocate before starting work (required)
