Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Concierge/Front Desk Floater to join our team. As a Floater, you will be required to cover multiple locations in the DC/Northern VA/Bethesda area.

As a concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

Travel to different locations to cover call outs, request offs, etc...
Greet Residents and their guests and provide a warm welcome upon arrival
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Process packages and amenity reservations
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Handle Resident complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping

Skills:

Reliable transportation
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accuracy in records
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
Experience with customer support or order entry systems is a plus
Basic event planning or project coordination experience is beneficial
