- Answer phone and email inquiries in a timely and respectful manner
- Greet residents and visitors warmly and make them feel welcomed.
- Receive, log in, distribute, and inventory mail, packages, dry cleaning, etc.
- Anticipating residents needs to accommodate them and provide an exceptional experience.
- Provide administrative support to property management/leasing team.
- Ensure that the lobby is always clean and tidy.
- Must commit to being available on set days and time.
- Has more than 5 years of experience in customer service
- Able to work a flexible work schedule with open availability.
- Knowledge of basic office equipment
- Possess a positive attitude and willing to work as part of a team.
