Description
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Greeting residents & their guests
Screening people entering the building.
Maintaining telephone lines.
Dispensing mail, deliveries & packages
Logging maintenance requests.
Recording incidents that occur in shift notes.
Providing Administrative support to Property Management Team.
Has more than 5 years of experience in customer service
Always displays a professional appearance.
Has open availability to work at various locations.
Has knowledge of basic office equipment.
Basic Computer Skills
Possess a cheerful outlook and willingness to work as part of a team.
Reliable transportation
Schedules Include:
Holidays (Bonus Pay included)
12-hour shift
Day shift
Evening shift
Overnight shift
On call
Supplemental Pay Types:

Education:
High school or equivalent (required)

Pay:
From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours:
No more than 42 per week
