    Cannabis Employer is seeking resilient individual for an inside sales position. California laws and regulations have established new and high-demand career opportunities in the cannabis industry. We are seeking to expand our team with professional an ambitious individuals who are ready to begin their career in the fast-growing cannabis industry.

    Responsibilities:

    Lead follow up in the form of moderate-heavy outbound call volume and email.

    Follow up with new and existing accounts.

    Lead distribution to an outside sales team of 20+ members.

    Follow up with outside sales representatives on assigned leads.

    Data analysis and reporting on sales performance.

    Requirements:

    Must have a strong phone presence and be comfortable with heavy outbound call volumes.

    Computer savvy.

    CRM experience preferred but not required.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

    Strong listening and presentation skills.

    Strong communication skills.

    Clean appearance.
